2. No Fees for Job Seekers
In compliance with Indian regulations, Burj Overseas does not charge candidates any placement fee. Beware of fraudulent agents collecting money in our name; report such incidents to us immediately via our official contacts.
3. Accuracy of Information
Candidates are responsible for the truthfulness of documents submitted. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience may result in withdrawal of candidacy and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Employer Engagements
Manpower supply engagements are governed by individually executed service agreements covering scope, commercial terms, replacement guarantees and jurisdiction. Website content does not constitute a binding offer.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this website.
